Unburned Brick Production Line
Unburned brick is the full use of industrial waste, the mine tailings (such as fly ash, slag, sand, stone chips and powder), to make bricks without baking. The finished brick can meet the building industry standards. Its a ideal projects of waste utilization to eliminate pollution, save land resources, investment in small, fast recovery of investment.
Introduction of technology:
Baking-free brick, with strong durability, standard dimension and homogeneous color, is made of stone powder , fine coal ash , coal cinder , gangue , waste mineral residue , chemical industry residue or sand (one kind of or several kinds of all above raw material) without high-temperature baking. It is applied worldwide in the construction industry and is substituting the clay brick.

Product characteristic:
This model is a multi-purpose machine used in unburned brick production line. It can manufacture wall bricks, heat-insulating bricks, grass pavers, square pavers, slop protection pavers, road shoulder pavers, curbs, etc by simply changing the mould. When pressured, transform the excessive oil into vibration force. Computers control all directional vibration, frequency conversion, braking and cancellation of vibration energy consumption. Low frequency feeding, high frequency vibration and template suppressing vibration make the concrete fully liquefied and exhausted within two to three seconds. With the use of new technology, QT6-15 can produce 0.45 m2 blocks, 15pcs perforated bricks within 15 seconds, and QT8-15 model can produce 0.56 m2 blocks, 20pcs perforated bricks within 15s, notably raising working efficiency.
The model is designed with a device separating material storage and material distribution. Storage is photo-electrically controlled and material s is distributed as needed. Storage hopper is separated from vibration source to avoid premature liquefaction of some concrete due to the effect of aftershock Special arch device ensures rapid and even distribution of materials, a swinging distribution device is fixed in the hopper and the materials are evenly sent to the mould box.
The imported electric appliances, hydraulic elements and specially made oil box cooling system ensure fault-free operation of both controlling and hydraulic systems.
Use human-computer interface and Chinese menu. The parameter is adjustable any time in accordance with the change of products and materials.
